Coldfusion report changes for an Access DB

We have an Access database to track our association's meetings and events. We use Coldfusion for our web interface for input and report running.

We are in need of modification on the reports that were written to display in the window but can then be downloaded to an excel file for the staff member use.

Modification is needed on 8 reports to include 3 additional reporting fields, proper display of am or pm time frames; sort order. Development of 6 new reports using the same format. Development of 2 formatted reports to specification are also needed.

We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of Access and coldfusion.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working reports(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

3) Modification of 8 reports to include 3 additional reporting fields, proper display of am or pm time frames; sort order. Develop 6 new using the same format. Develop 2 formatted reports to specification.

4) Completion of testing and changes needed by 12/31/06.

5) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
