Advertising Fruit Machine

I'm a small UK business and trade under the name **CollectorsBuddy

**I'e done a bit of research and have been told I'll need the following skills from a web designer / coder:

**10-20 pages for the site (a logo creatiion too)

**PHP4+ / MySQL / XHTML / CSS & Javascript

**I need the design & coding for my idea. I want it to look like a fruit machine with 4 slots.

Users can submit their banner (including their URL address) into the database for a £1 at a time (they can have multiple submissions for £1 per banner), their banner(s) would then go into the database and randomly & automatically appear like a fruit machine in one of the 4 slots.

I'd like the database to be able to hold millions of banners.

I can only pay the coder with Paypal.

Visitors can then see a banner that may interest them and click through to the website.

I like websites that have the transparent look about them.

I will need a demo of your work before payment.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
