WEB SITE REQUIREMENTS A website using PHP+4 and MySQL, basically a website that offer membership, e-newsletters and a news section (using a blog ??" needing access permission). The website will need the option for the language (char-set) to be changed between English / Polish / Chinese, I will put the translated contentat a later date. Language Selection (English, Polish, Chinese) > have a little flag to click on. Member Sign Up & Login Members can access otherwise restricted pages and in their preferred language. During sign up phase they may tick a box to have monthly e-newsletters sent to their email. Email (Unique) First Name Last Name Preferred Language Address Country Occupation MemberType (Family, Individual, Member, Casual, Agent) Member-Only Wep Pages: Need a few blank webpages that require a member to login to view. E-Newsletter: Screen accessible only by admin for writing e-newsletters and emailing them to certain member types (select from drop down box and send to Casual memebers for example). Will require the option for members to unsubscribe from the e-newsletter by entering their email and password. Blog: Screen accessible only by admin for posting news. Need all the standard features of a blog, eg sorting by date, topic etc. Rough Layout: First Screen: - Menu (drop down menu with some blanks ??" present on every page) - Link for people to register and receive e-newsletters/membership - Language selection - Member Login ??" will be standard text field located somewhere on webpage. - Latest News Entry (From Blog) ??" link to News section where readers can go through other topics etc.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
