Add a topic tag to my OpenX ads... - repost 3

Hi... I have a custom website that uses OpenX to display ads. I need to have someone put a topic tag in my Source Parameter so when an article is displayed the ads that get displayed match the topic of the article. Every article is assigned a topic. (The topics are numbered in the code.)

This seems like a half hour job for someone who knows OpenX. $25-$50.

This project is partly finished. A Freelancer set it up so that if a topic section is clicked its related ads will display, but visitors don't always click a topic section. Often visitors click directly to an article on the site from Google. So it's the topic of the article that's important for this assignment.
