Develop a web based tool that imports Import MS Tasks data from an access database (attached), to a SugarCRM’s Project Tasks.

1. The tool must have a form that will upload an access database; and a drop down menu that will allow the user to select from a list of available projects.

2. Transform data according to my specs.

3. The data will be inserted into SugarCRM’s mysql database, according to my data mapping specs.

Please note that the script must support Greek Text, thus UTF-8 encoding is preferred.
