Caricature blog header image for a programming blog

I'm looking to get a cartoon caricature done of myself (or my likeness) for a programming blog I'm setting up, titled "Neezer's Nuggets", which will just be a place for me to dump cool programming thoughts and tutorials and whatnot. I'd like it in a style similar to this ([url removed, login to view]) and this ([url removed, login to view]).
I'm imagining a full shot of me holding a nugget (gold? chicken?) in my hand, with a quizzical expression on my face. I'm looking for someone who can add some humor into the image, as I'd like it to be a fun self-representation and not look like I'm taking myself too seriously. I think it would also look really nice to have some sort of background "halo" around the character, that bleeds nicely into the background of the full header, which should be in the vicinity of #333333 (though it would be great if it looked just as good on any color background). Maybe 1's and 0's? Lines of code? Open to creative suggestions here.
I'm envisioning the final crop to be a medium shot of my head and my chest, with my arms and the nugget in view, though as I mentioned earlier, the deliverable should be a full shot. The final space for this image is about 164px tall and maybe double that wide (still deciding on the final layout), though the final deliverable should look just as good when scaled a bit bigger or smaller. I'd like it to be entirely vector-based (an AI file would be nice). I'd also like it to "clear" on all sides (don't know the exact term illustrators use, but I want to be in control of what's cropped out of frame).
If you're interested in helping me out with this, I'd love to see any prior work you've done that's most similar to the examples I've listed above.
