Alter some Images - quick job

I have a very small job. Should take an hour or 2 max.
I have 2 main images of a product for an ecommerce website. I want you to create an additional 2 icons yourself which will be a circle with the words "Free Delivery" and "Free Prescription" inside them (in the colours of our website). I also have another small image to be used.
I want you to then combine them all into an image of 2 products.
Once that's done I want variations of the images with text underneath saying the price - super easy. There will be 48 new images in total created (each one just saying in text the price as there are 48 variations of this product). You literally need to just do it as a layer in photoshop and add each price in text to the images.
Then save for the web making sure its a small file size yet still a good enough resolution. Image size is 440px*440px.
I'll provide all the final info to the winner. Probably a boring job, but I do so badly need to find someone good at graphics so plenty more work there.....
I'm in the UK and so am off to bed now. I need this completed today. Please do not bid if you can't get this job done today and start at about 8-9am GMT and get it done in a couple of hours...!
