Add extra fields to prestashop registration form

I want to add two extra fields to prestashop registration form in the first part of the registration form.
The fields are:
1. Referral Code Field ( a text field) the records in that field should also show at the admin backend, the form should still submit even when the field is not filled and when form is filled the information should enter the database and be displayed under customers in the admin backend.
2. Age Bracket with the following range: a) 1-17 b) 17 - 40 c) 40 and above. Drop down or checkbox should be fine, same condition applies as the first field.
3. Then for sort module in prestashop, i want to be able to sort by Brands.
