Create an iPhone interface to control TV/Computer

PhoneVibe controls a Windows application through UDP messages sent over a local WIFI. The Windows application being controlled was built as a speech recognition application, and will adapt in order to accept mobile device commands instead of voice commands.

A typical use of PhoneVibe would be as following. Imagine that a computer is hooked to a television set. There are many web sites that allow for streaming available to this day on the Internet and access to locally stored movies on the computer is also common. That being said, such a set-up typically requires a keyboard and mouse in order to perform isolated interactions with the computer device. This is a cumbersome set-up that cluthers the environement. Instead of requiring this keyboard and mouse, PhoneVibe will allow these users to use their mobile phones. Once the user will desire a specific action to occur on the computer, he picks-up his mobile phone, invoke PhoneVibe, and triggers the desired action.

To better understand the feature-set to be offered by PhoneVibe, an analysis of SpeechVibe is relevant since it is mostly the same feature-set.
