Create Simple Shell Script (Ubuntu) (Report)

I need a basic shell script that does the following:

1. Build the latest version of nginx (version number should be configurable). Use [login to view URL] as a reference as most of the work is done.

2. Configure and install the PHP 5.3 and FPM and associated libraries such that PHP5 is configured for the resulting nginx using the PHP 5.3.1 modules built by [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]). However, if there as an alternative for configuring and installing latest PHP tat can be put in the script, please let me know.

All should be done in a clean install of Ubuntu 8.04 (but if possible should work on future versions as well). The end result is that nginx will be installed with PHP 5.3.1 enabled.

This should be relatively easy for an experienced shell script developer.
