The main objective of the solution is to support the automated call tree that will be trigger by the user using a telephony infrastructure, this automated call tree can be used, design, maintain and trigger when the user need it.

This solution will let us to execute the following options within the application:

• Create and maintain contact information

• Classify their contact information

• Design their automated call tree based on their classification

• Maintain their automated call tree if changes are required

• Define triggers that will execute their automated call tree

• Test the automated call tree for deployment

• Record message that will be deliver on the automated call tree

• Use the automated call tree when required

I would like to see sample project that you have build related with telephony like Asterisk ans also an APP applications because I would like to have it to activate or control the software as a channel to interact with the software.
