Clone freeware lan messaging sw (simplified)

Hello coders, we are currently using a simple freeware to communicate in our lan, you can find it here:

the problem is that this freeware in not longer mantained, so we need a simplified clone of this piece of software.

Our requiremnts are only these:

-no centralized server: direct communication between clients

-no need to open ports on clients

-no history of conversations

-no options, if you need options you can write options inside the program or in txt file

-single client to client communication (no group send)

-no need to install, i.e. portable

-no need to save messages sent to inactive clients

-developped in dotnet framework 4 (C# is better but we accept Vb.Net)

-auto update support: i.e. copying new version on a network path will update client sw on startup

-know which clients are online, i.e. check if a client is online and list all online clients

-minimizing it in tray, but some visual effect to show new messages incoming

-replying to a message can preserve source message

-a client is identified only by computer name

-it must run in XP Pro Sp3 and Win 7 Pro, with DotNet Framework 4, no other software required and if possibile not use or p/invoke

-auto startup when windows starts
