Digg Marketer Needed

I am about to post a story to Digg and need a marketer who can deliver over 200 Diggs in the first 4 hours. I understand the editorial process may not allow the post to the Digg front page but it should be the Most Popular story at the time it is being marketed. Please only reply if you have experience and a successful track record. This first project is a test project for a long term relationship with the right marketer.
