Django english verbs conjugation website

We would like to develop a "clone" of the [url removed, login to view] website in Django, but for English verb conjugation instead of French verbs conjugation. A website with a similar concept (although with more functionality that what we require in this project) is http://www.theconjugator.com.
The production website should run on Centos6, Django (1.1.4 for now), mod_wsgi and mysql (although we might not need a database at all for this project). We are used to git as SCM tool.
Irregular verbs and English verb conjugation rules are to be figured out directly by the provider. The design of the [url removed, login to view] website can be re-used with a new logo, which we will provide.
