this is the first time that we are using rentacoder. we need to create an internal web based database/website to be used in our insurance brokerage business. we need a simple and robust browser based system to keep track of the work that different people do in our agency. the system has to be username based, where we create a client and an insurance policy record with a certain expiration date. we need the system to remind us step by step every workflow process. need a date/time stamped activity record that we can easily convert to pdf and show to client. the attached template is a guide of our workflow. we want each next step to show up after the current one has been completed. the system. need to be able to set reminders for users to keep track of various ongoing renewal processes for different clients.
