Ability to mass import and export Prestashop inventory

We need to have the ability to mass import Inventory to the prestashop CMS .
The inventory includes about 300-500 products with images, description, categories etc.
Easiest way will probably be to import from csv or sql. Additionally we also need to be able to export all the required products with the according data to a csv file.
