Cartoon animations for full videos or intro video

Currently seeking a video animator to create intros to children's book cartoons. This is a short, but recurring project.

I'm not looking for an animated explainer video. I'm seeking someone that has experience drawing cartoon characters and transforming the cartoon characters into a motion video compatible for viewing on computers, tablets , mobile devices., etc.

I have the book cartoons already drawn, but I do not have the source files. You will need to recreate the book characters to resemble the electronic characters. Moving forward, I will have the source files.
