Credential Provider Filter

Due to our high volume of work, we are looking to outsource the development of a Window Credential Provider Filter. We require a skeleton CP Filter which can filter a given Credential Provider, although final filtering algorithm will be implemented by ourselves.

The working solution must be written in C++Builder 2009 and not make use of any external components or code - it must be able to be compiled by us, in-house. Code should be well formatted and commented and copyright should be signed over on completion.

On the surface, this is a simple task, although the RAD Studio COM paradigm adds a layer of complexity.
