CD DVD Blue-ray Burner iso Software

I am looking to make a cd, dvd, blueray, iso burner software.

Most important to me:

- easy to use

- I will provide graphics

- I like Hamstersoft, their software is simple, visually attractive and it works

Specs:

- must work on xp, vista, windows 7

- if it requires .net, it must be .net 2 requirements
