Adobe Air App!

This is a simple job for someone who knows what they're doing.

I need an Adobe Air application that will

1 - allow a user to submit up to 20 single entries of 140 characters

2 - submit the entries on demand or at a time entered by the user to [url removed, login to view] utilizing the [url removed, login to view] api

3 - once the entry is sent to [url removed, login to view], it should be erased from the interface

4 - project needs to be attractive - i will provide graphics

i will pay

1 - 33% after functionality is prove

2 - 66% after attractive interface and easy install process is completed
