Convert cmsms site to Wordpress

We have a site that is currently using CMS Made Simple, and we'd like to convert it to wordpress.

It is important to keep the same look and feel to the site. Some things that can be improved are the Upcoming Events display. We'd like it to show the dates as: i.e. Jan 20, 2010 or Feb 12, 2010 to Feb 14, 2010.
Also, notice how some pages have the right sidebar and some do not. This is dependent on the page they are on, so please explain to me how this can be accomplished.
Look through the whole site and ask me any questions now. I don't want there to be any surprises later on. You can see what is on the site now, and we want it to look the same. Base your quote on a complete conversion.
