Capture images and update/replace the images on company website

Our website [login to view URL] is a brochure in wordpress that displays images of products that we wholesale (no ecommerce).
We need to update the catalog of flip flops using images from the current 2015 collection. The images need to be captured here: [login to view URL]
We don't need the whole catalog, just 7 models.
The winning bidder needs to capture the images in the right size/format for upload to our site. Also change the names and year of the models in the descriptions. ONLY FOR THESE MODELS:
TRADITIONAL
TOP
TOP METALLIC
BRASIl
SLIM
SLIM ORGANIC
SLIM FRESH
The images should be clean, same level as the current 2014 images. I believe there is a thumbnail size and a regular size - look at the site [login to view URL] before bidding, and let me know if there are any questions.
The project is mostly copying and pasting and a small amount of data entry.
