Complete my wordpress project (90% completed)

Hi,
We have bought a template from themeforest that needs some custimizations. The designer that was suppose to finalize this project was not very good and now we have a website that´s not complete. This is the link to the website: [login to view URL]
The following tasks needs to be done:
1. On the frontpage there is a button called "ladda ner din investeringsguide nu" : I need you to erase the word "nu"
2. There´s a button called "MER" that looks quite strange. It needs to be the exact same button as in the original theme.
3. The letter "Ä" is missing at serveral places.
4. Three boxes from where you should be able to read more is not working, you can´t click on them.
5. After you have searched on the seearchbutton you arrive at en english page , some of the workds must be replaced to swedish.
6. Some other small tasks needs to be done
We have to communicate on Skype along the process. This is a really simple task but our previous wordpress designer wasn´t very professional and therefore he forced us to cancel the project. The website must be optimized with all necessary SEOmodules. Please have a look at the link and explain for me if you can use the existing site or if you need to redesign the entire template, we can´t get hold of the designer and therefore we don´t have all the necessary links.
