I am a real estate agent who is building out my website. I have 40+ pages which need at least 1,000 words of content each. These pages are city, community and condominium building pages. When I first start working with someone I want to start with one page to see how it goes. If everything goes well then we will continue to work on the rest of the pages. Please quote me the cost per page.
The requirements of this project are as follows:
- Write a 1,000 word content on the city, community or building. The content should talk about all the benefits of living there, all the wonderful amenities it has to offer, an external link to an authority website on the subject (Opening in a new tab), at least one internal link to another page on my website (opening in same tab).
-Must know how to use proper H1 and H2 titles
-I will provide keywords to incorporate into the content.
-Must be able to upload content to my WorpdPress site (I will Provide Instructions)
-For the building pages you must have the ability to call the condominium associations and get the floor plans emailed to us and convert to an image file and upload to my wordpress site and put into the building page (I will provide more detailed instructions on this) Many of the building pages are new construction so I have all the floor plans and images from the developer and we just need to save and upload to my site.
-For all pages locate images to put into the content.
