The main things in summary are customising the woocommerce bookings plugin:

1. Customise the date picker

2. Customise the bookings and put radio buttons so there will be a 4 or 8 days difference between the booking and return date.

3. Custom create the functionality which will not allow bookings on weekends as well as holidays.
