Create Landing Page Templates

We need to have 10 professional looking generic landing page templates designed. They should be colorful and have a web 2.0 look and feel. We do not currently have text available so please plan on using filler text.

Each landing page must have the following key ingredients, although the specific design is up to you. You should be familiar with landing page design principals, as discussed in the "Landing Page Handbook" by MarketingSherpa.

* Hero Shot

* Headline

* Subheadline

* Greeting

* Bulleted List of Benefits

* Testimonials Box

* Body Text

* Guarantee Image Seal and Box

* Price

* Order Now Button

* Form

The landing pages should be generic in nature, so that they can be applied to any business in the target industries below. Create a landing page design specific to each of the following industries:

1. Targeting Realtors

2. Biz Opp

3. Gardening

4. Marketing Consulting

5. Education/Training

6. Information Products

7. Health/Beauty

8. Internet Marketing

Additionally, create 2 totally generic landing pages that are non specific to any industry, for a total of ten landing pages.

**Note:** These are **"single"** *offer/squeeze/landing* type pages that need to be created in html format for online use.

**Yes** require PSD files/ original files to edit after project completion.

Requirements:

* Pages must be under 40k, including all files, images, css, etc.

* Use CSS for layout

* We need all source files, and full rights to these pages, including resale rights.
