We wish to establish a business in 3 parts. Part one is the viability research project as we wish to look at the very latest market opportunities and hardware for mining and offering mining services and later perhaps, power processing services.

Phase two and three are not included in the study at this stage. I have many technical questions about the core aspects of mining and need these answered fully in line with latest hardware and forecast Bitcoin development.

There is the possibility of ongoing work and phase two will include a data management system and 'front face' we will market.
