Facebook app access approval button

I would like to build a facebook button in React that will allow the user to approve app access to a specific FB Account or Page.

After the approval process the button should save the access token into a JSON file. There may need to be a callback URL for approval. I would prefer this to be on AWS, if possible, with usage of Cognito for authentication, CloudFront for UI delivery etc.
