Mobile and Web Base Application
Mobile Application ( User Level )
o User Login
o User profile
o Call recording for Incoming & Outgoing
o User can Search Client with Name/Contact No/Ref No
o Recording will be start when bell ringing for outgoing calls
o After call End, Application will synchronize (Upload) call recording to the server.
o Call recording will be done either mobile not connected with wifi or mobile data, it will use mobile storage
o Mobile application will synchronize all calls recording when mobile connected with wifi or mobile data internet.
o User can add some notes against any call recording after its synchronization
o Mobile application will work at all battery levels.
o User can share call recording via whatsapp (sound quality will be low)
o User can listen his/her calls recording in mobile application
o User can delete his/her calls recording from mobile application if rights given.
Web Base Application ( Admin Level )
o Admin login
o Admin can add users
o Admin can upload customer data in live web server data base
o Admin can give rights to the users
o Admin can view / listen any call log for any user
o Admin can delete call log
NOTE:- Mobile Application will be for Android Phones.
