Looking for an animator -- 2

I need someone to work with me for short video [login to view URL] like this [login to view URL]

They will not be longer than 1 minute most of the time 30 seconds.

The person or team should be able to do animation like in the video link above and should have people for dubbing of the animation.

I am going to provide the script and direction.

Please note that my budget is limited but it will be a continuous work with monthly over 10 videos request.

So, please bid your price per video and I will show you the character which will be the main character for all short animations (see attached)
