Source and Install Subscriber Email Management Program in Japanese

I currently use PHPList but we would like to add a subscription feature to http://nihongo.zerorads.com. Obviously, the software must exist and it must not be all that complicated, but any suggestions are welcome. If you have done this before and know you can do it in Japanese, please bid.
Note: Even though I built this site and know some Japanese, please communicate with me in English.
