Build an app to measure human anatomy from posted picture

Hi Im looking for an app developer to develop an app that measures the features of the human anatomy by pictures posted on the app.

Case Scenario of how this app should work:

Step 1: User takes a photo of his foot ( Front view,Side view and Top View)

Step 2: Upload the files on the app

Step 3: App processes the photo and measures the features of the foot (Total length, width and ground clearance form the floor)

Step 4: Delivers the data in a text format to the app owner.

Step 5: Prompts the user to a payment portal to process payment
