Looking for a wikipedia expert to help get an artist's bio approved and officially listed on wikipedia

I have my artist's bio fully written - including validating links (both internal and external) - all are researched and in place. I need someone who knows Wikipedia rules to look it over post it through the PROPER channels so it can be OFFICIALLY approved by Wikipedia. I originally hired someone here on Freelancer to do the job (they said they were an expert) but they posted it WITHOUT the links and WITHOUT going through the official channels and it was flagged for having no validating links and taken down! I am obviously cautious now, but I have faith someone here knows how to accomplish this in the correct way. Attached is the original bio with links intact.
