I am looking for a biologist who can write short (ca. 500-800 words) "news and views" articles for my website on assigned scientific papers. The point is to write a short summary accessible to a wide audience (i.e., without jargon) about each primary research publication, and to talk about the significance of the paper in the big picture. For some articles I have statements from the authors themselves that need to be integrated. Ideally you would find a Creative Commons image (from Flickr) that somehow represents the article (either concretely or abstractly).

I would propose to start with two articles and see how things go to decide on future collaboration.
