We have a VPN tunnel with one of our client, the IP Addresses were translated at the client end. There was a webservice is running at the client end.

We are able to ping the server from our network but not able to access the webservice.

Client is running IIS Server on Windows, I have attached the screenshot.

We also added a host file entry from the accessing machine.

At the client end the IP Address [url removed, login to view] (VPN) is translated to [url removed, login to view] (Actual Webserver IP).

Experts please help what could be causing this issue.
