-- Problem: Adobe Air provides raw audio samples only, we need to apply an audio codec and transmit ourselves as we are bound to use our own UDP sockets.

-- Solution: We provide you with the sound samples, you handle the codec stuff. We prefer to use OGG, but Speex, Vorbis, AAC or even MP3 are fine too.

-- Requirements: No separate application, we need to implement this in OUR source
