Convert Audio File into a Video

Here is an easy job for someone who knows what they are doing.

_**Objective:**_

I have an audio file that I want to convert into a video with images, transitions, animations, bullet points and music.

_**Job Description:**_

I will provide a 20 minute audio mp3 file and I require someone to:

1. Take the 20 minute audio and create a video with relevant images, transitions, animations, music and text bullet points that match the audio

2. Produce the video in mp4 format - resolution should be 1280 x 720

_**Output:**_

I require the provider to supply:

1. Video in mp4 format 1280 x 720 (Audio perfectly matched to slides)

2. Proof of image copyright approval

This is a trial for on going work - the current project has 94 minutes of audio in total that I want to convert into videos. I am starting with this 20 minute segment as a trial.

_**Documents to be signed:**_

The contractor is expected to sign the following document when selected for the work:

1. NDA

2. A paper statement that any images or music used for the video are licensed.

_**Duration**_

I expect the work to be finished in not more than 5 working days, preferably less.

_**Selection**_

Any one to be selected will have to do the actual first minute of the video before awarding the project. The audio file will be sent afterwards to selected contractors based on their price and references. This part of the work will have to be done free of charge.
