I need an expert to work on a big design and description project:
Design Folio involves electrical and mechanical services design for the ground floor of a building:
1. An assessment of the ground floor thermal performance (using software or long hand calculation methods) to include summaries of comfort conditions for each area of the ground floor assessment of winter heat losses and summer heat
gains.
2. An assessment of the ground floor electrical power requirements load using software or “rules of thumb” calculation methods.
3. Details of sizing and selection calculations and schedules of selected plant, equipment and ancillaries.
4. A set of drawings: installation plans and schematics, plus details and cross sections where relevant.
5. Commentary, descriptions and justifications for all services proposed.
You wilt need to produce import tables, sketches picture files and Drawings etc produced as pdf.
You will need to have excellent writing skills too
MOST IMPORTANTLY YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE ACCESS TO REVIT SO YOU CAN ACCESS AND ANALYSE THE GIVEN DESIGN FILE
