We have a website called [url removed, login to view] and the way we plan on generating money is through ad banner and video advertising. Currently when a customer uploads a video it is sent through to our admin and we change the format to flv. ourselves. We need for this method to be shorter by letting the customer upload the video on to the site with our help. So the details of this project is as follows:

* Customer should be able to upload their video to our site with our assistance and it should automatically change to flv format.

* Also the customer should able to preview their video as soon as the upload is complete. Please keep in mind that we still have to approve the video before it can seen on the live site.
