I have a folder full of videos. I have another folder full of text files that have the same name as the video file, but with a different ending.

EXAMPLE:

Video File: [login to view URL]

Text File: [login to view URL]

Inside each of the text file is a specific line:

"description": "#bla1 #bla2 #bla3"

I want a batch script that will take the description line from the corresponding video and text file and make the description line part of the file name at the end, but will strip all nonstandard characters from the line (#$%^, and so on) ...

So in our examples above it would look like ...

video_file-1 bla1 bla2 [login to view URL]

Once done the batch file will move onto the next video file, find the corresponding text file and do the same thing.
