I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website for my small business.

I am looking to have a simple website built. I want it built with a CMS so I can do updates to it. I need a photo gallery with thumbnails and multiple albums, contact form linked to my email, Google maps so people can get directions to me. I would like my FAQ page to have the questions listed and when someone clicks a question the answer opens. Also three buttons/icons on the top of all pages that are linked for Call, Text, and E-Mail. The site needs to look the same on all devices. I do not want a template, I want a custom design. I would also like a slight redesign of my logo.
