Horde WebMail Configuration Help

I have an installation of the Horde Webmail Client. It should have UTF-8 support installed.

(UTF-8 support (mbstring and iconv extensions) --enable-mbstring)

Is there a configuration file that I can check (or an online parameter) to see if this was done properly?
