Windows Desktop Application for Form Filling (C#)

I need a Windows Desktop Application in C# to fill web forms.
A high-level application workflow will be as follows:
1. When the application is launched, show a login form.
2. Validate user credentials via web API (POST Request on a remote url).
3. Upon user validation, you will receive a JSON array with a list of websites where the user can do form filling.
4. Show this list in the application.
5. Based on the user's selection from the above list, send data of the selected item to a web API (POST Request on a remote url).
6. In response, you will receive the website form filling details. The details will be as follows.
(a) URL to open
(b) form element id or name, data to be populated & next action (like press enter or click submit button or anything else)
(c) form element id or name, data to be populated & next action (like press enter or click submit button or anything else)
(d) form element id or name, data to be populated & next action (like press enter or click submit button or anything else)
(e) form element id or name, data to be populated & next action (like press enter or click submit button or anything else)
THE STRUCTURE OF THE ABOVE DATA IS VERY SIMPLE:
- WHAT DATA TO FILL (CONTENT)
- WHERE TO FILL (TEXTBOX, RADIO BUTTON, CHECKBOX)
- NEXT STEP (CLICK ON BUTTONS OR LINKS)
Based on the above data, launch a web browser, and follow the steps from the above (b), (c), (d) etc.
This is a high-level work-flow. There will be some custom changes.
Project Duration: 1 week. Only accept the project if you can work on it dedicatedly.
Budget: $100
IMP: The application must work on Windows 7 & Windows 10 with DOT NET 4.0 framework.
