Kakfa Admin needed for long term

This is a 70/80 hours Monthly. The person must be willing to work 10 am to 4 pm eastern time New York. The work will be remotely logging into my system. Have a good knowledge of Kafka administration task. Should know how to troubleshoot issues with Kafka messaging system.. Ideal for a person who is working with Kafka admin job now. Payment will be paid every week. That means you get paid every week.

- Physical Deployment across multiple environments

- Optimization and Tuning

- Standards and Patterns Development

- User Guide Development and Training overviews for supporting teams

- Provide troubleshooting and best practices methodology for development teams. This includes process automation and new application onboarding.

- Design monitoring solutions and baseline statistics reporting to support the implementation

- I also need someone who has vast knowledge and knows what they are doing

- Don,t ask me to guide you
