123629 Easy changes to layout (CSS)

3 simple mods need to be done on the layouts enclosed.

1) As you may know, it's best for search engine optimization that content is as close to the start of the page as possible. The problem in the current layout is that there are many menus and other code, before the actual content starts after the comment !-- B.2 MAIN CONTENT --.

So basically, in the CODE, I want to move all of what is included in the !-- B.2 MAIN CONTENT -- area right after the BODY tag. This way, it's very close to the start of the page. At the same time, VISUALLY, I want the layout to look exactly the same as it does now. Do this on layout-1 and layout-3 only.

2) on layout-1 (see zip file), after the line after "| Posted by SiteAdmin | Categories: General | Comments: 73 |", I need you to create 4 big colored squared boxes (exactly like the ones on the right in layout 4). Again see files in zip. The top bar of each box will contain a short text, the rest will contain a picture and text. See mockup called [url removed, login to view] in zip file. The boxes should adapt to the text inside them. The top 2 boxes should have the same height, as should the bottom 2 boxes.

3) on layout-3 (see zip file), change the color of each "TITLE" box on the right to colored ones (use the existing colors from layout4).

NOTE: I left the bidding amount open but I know quite precisely what it should cost. All silly bids will be ignored as this job should not take more than 30 minutes. I also posted this at other coders' websites.
