I am looking for an OCR programmer that will be able to program the following:
- scan an analog text document (under the form of a picture or web link)
- transcode it to text files knowing the analog or web link layout may have non relevant content that wont need to be transcoded to text.
- At last the OCR must be able to recognize titles, content and sub content.
