I need 285 Cases created in a web based ticketing system. Each ticket or case has 33 fields that exists in an excel spreadsheet. Ticket needs to be created, then the fields copied over from the spreadsheet (or filled in based on that data). Fields are mostly text fields, but there are date fields, numerical and drop downs.
