looking for a Book-keeper who will be responsible for recording all financial transactions.
Responsibilites shall include: Creating and filing all bi-weekly and quarterly taxes, bi-weekly payroll, any day to day financial transactions, such as invoicing, monthly client statements, etc., that may occur.
This person will perform as a Receptionist also. The position will require distributing any incoming mail, answering incoming telephone calls, data entry, faxing, or emailing, some marketing skill will be helpful.
Knowledge of Quick-Books is required, along with Excel, Microsoft Word and Photoshop.
