Hi we are company in Malaysia and we are looking for a professional purchasing agent to help us fulfill orders from China (1688 / Taobao / etc) to our customers in Malaysia (lazada, Shopee).
Do you have the following skills & capabilities?
1. You must have previous experience buying from 1688 and fulfilling global orders
2. You must be able to warehouse 200 - 1000 products to speed up order fulfilment times.
3. You must be able to help us find the correct products from reputable manufacturers and negotiate low prices with manufacturers.
4. You must be able to make sure the products are properly labeled with correct addresses, correct products and packaged safely & correctly before shipping them out.
5. You must be proactive and able to manage your time and resources efficiently
6. You must be able to solve problems on your own and help us improve operating efficiency
7. You must be willing to work with us daily and process orders daily.
8. You must be able to improve customer happiness (fast shipping, reliable shipping times, no mixed up orders, proper order tracking, packages arrive in good working condition)
