I need code for converting images captured by camera into pure black and white mode with threshold.

The logic is that when we capture any page using camera and take printout of the captured image then we find that the print has greyesh background and not pure white background. Now what the required application will have to do is. The color codes from black to white varies from 0(pure black) to 255(pure white).

Suppose we enter threshold value as 70 in the application then the application will scan each pixel of the captured image and convert all the pixels b/w 0 to 70 into 0(i.e. Pure black) and all the pixels above 70 to 255(i.e. Pure white) .
